Frequently asked questions
The experiences are designed for an adult audience, but we can adapt them to participants under the age of 14 and over.
For younger children, we have an experience designed for family play, Pirates Plague , where they can participate from the age of 10 accompanied by at least one adult.
Dizziness in VR is mostly caused by how much you virtually walk but stand still in the real world. In our virtual hyperreality experiences, as much as you walk in the real world, you also walk in the virtual world, eliminating the feeling of dizziness entirely.
In any case, we will always be with you to help you in case you are not feeling well.
Our room is adapted to the different virtual worlds so that you can freely move around it without fear of bumping into each other. If you do leave the play area and approach the boundaries, a red virtual net will appear to tell you not to proceed further in that direction. But don't worry we will explain all this in more detail before you start the experience.
Yes, our VR glasses fit almost all types of glasses perfectly, but we recommend contact lenses for added comfort
And so much! At all times you will see yourself among all the team members and you will have to interact with each other in order to overcome the different missions! Everyone will have their name on their virtual avatar to facilitate recognition.
Yes! In groups of 6 to 10 people, 2 teams are made, and while one is immersed in the main experience, the other, from the rest area, can choose between doing another VR experience in turns or watching the other team in the virtual world and help them overcome the mission! They will carry out 2 different experiences for 2 hours.
All virtual experiences last between 40-45 minutes , plus 10 minutes of initial explanation and preparation. On Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays we have different discounts available to book our virtual reality escape rooms from €24/person . You can check the promotions here . The normal price is €32/person.
